How a day works

1. Morning. Break the seal and read today's order: one short, concrete task, like ten slow push-ups or the phone sleeping outside the bedroom.
2. Plan. Choose when you'll do it: when you wake, after coffee, or at a set time.
3. Night. If you did it, press and hold the line. A missed day dims. Nothing ever resets.

Campaigns

Each week follows a true story in seven short chapters, with its sources listed. The Legion trains like Rome's recruits. No Retreat follows Xiang Yu, who sank his boats so his army could only go forward. The Endurance keeps Shackleton's timetable on the ice. Finish a week and it is cast into a bronze medal.

Private by design

No account and no friends list. Your days, plans and medals stay on your phone and in your own iCloud. A live count shows how many people are on the same campaign this week, using only a random install ID. Read the privacy policy.
